THE CONCEPT: 'TO BE EQUAL TO' IN
HEBREW ALPHANUMERICS
Properly, a book should be devoted to this subject. However, even if we were to write a long,
involved and detailed treatise on the subject of the radical ש-ו-ה we would still not begin to plumb its
depths. The purpose of writing this very
brief overview is to provide a reference so that the reader who may question
why the חלופים are
employed when analyzing Hebrew texts will understand why we take pains to
demonstrate letters, words, phrases, sentences, etc. that share a common value
in גימטריא.
If we are to be liberated from the
cruel and senseless strictures of the world we describe as a result of thinking
according to the laws of mathematics and linguistics bequeathed to us by the
Egyptian and ancient Greek cultures, we must be willing to be at once
courageous, humble and have great faith in ourselves. We will have to be
willing to divest ourselves of many concepts that we cherish so very dearly
because we have been taught that they are axiomatic and a priori and,
therefore, are not given to being questioned. This requires courage because we
will be required to swim out into the vast ocean of possibility, which is, not
incidentally, also the vast ocean of uncertainty. We are accustomed to inhabiting
a this-or-that world in which stability means that terms have one and only one
meaning and in which ambiguity arouses within us the fear of chaos and
unpredictability. We must be prepared to meet the challenge of experiencing a
level of consciousness whereupon all is this-and-that. We must take up
the challenge of thinking conjunctively, not disjunctively. Humility is
required too, as we will have to admit that we have not understood even the
most ostensibly simple concepts that our cultures accept as givens, as
universals, as laws of existence. We
will have to admit that our definitions are woefully inadequate and be willing
to sacrifice them for more profound, flexible, comprehensive, and moral
concepts that allow us to describe worlds that are far more inhabitable and
suitable to moral/spiritual beings. We
must have faith, unwavering faith, in ourselves, for we will be required to get
out of our minds without going out of our minds. We must trust ourselves to be
there for ourselves. We are going to encounter God directly. Our faith is going
to be supplanted with knowledge of the God of Yisra'el.
We will see that what is written in Torah is true, but we will understand it
with a depth not heretofore known to us.
Have we imagined that we have
understood the concept 'equals' in arithmetic? The concept seemed so simple,
obvious and self-evident when we were taught it as young children. We imagined
that we knew what 'equals' means at once upon hearing it. We will see that we have not begun to plumb
the depths of the magnificent meta-concept that is the value 311, or the word שוה, in Hebrew alphanumerics.

Again, gaze
deeply into the חלופים for the value 311 above. If we were to attempt to write out all of the
information that is contained in those חלופים in
grammatically acceptable prose this work would be far, far longer, but greatly
reduced. Three short notes, however, may be heuristic.
*Of particular interest is the fact that the words:
יקרא,
קראי, קורה
are all חלופים for the word שוה. From this we see that reading Hebrew and
calculating are one and the very same act. There is no linguistic-mathematical
dichotomy in reality. It follows that the right brain-left brain theory of
cognition is wholly unfounded. We
compute even as we create the worlds we inhabit and vice versa. As all of Hebrew is infused with the laws of justice,
we may say that all cognition is moral/linguistic/mathematical. One or two
aspect/s of the three may predominate in our considerations of given situations
or matters, but they are never, and never can be, abstracted one from the
others.
** The word המספרים, which is
equal to 995, is equal to the word מהשמים and the
expression טהור כל העמים and האדם שפה.
*** Here we see the depths of the intention of תורה for Humankind – the ultimate gathering of the Peoples -
revealed most apparently. The moral aspect of תורה that is
always operative in conjuction with the linguistic and mathematical aspects
becomes appartent in this beautiful חלוף.
Please bear
the foregoing in mind as we continue our discussion.
When we say a
sentence such as:
המלה ___________ שוה למלה
___________.
all of the חלופים, and more, for the word שוה, which
equals 311 are operative.
The form sentence:
המלה ___________ שוה למלה
___________.
is equal to
496, which is the גימטריא of the word צות. In addition
to the word צות, חלופים for the
value 496 are:
את הנולד, אתה נולד, אתה
יודע,
inter alia. Everywhere we encounter the letters צ,
ו, ת,
for instance in the word המצות, which
equals ישראל; or in the word צורות, which equals בן and שבת; or in the word ארצות and אוצרות; we are looking at the form sentence that we use every time we
do a חלוף of one word to another.
If we write
the form sentence:
האות ___ שוה לאות ____.
We are looking
at the value 1160, or 161 or קונה. The word קונה and all of its חלופים equals the
form sentence we use every time we do a חלוף of a letter
for another letter.
The form
sentence:
האות ___ שוה למלה ___.
is equal to
the value 828. Every time we encounter
the letters ח, כ, ף in a Hebrew text we are encountering the
skeleton of the sentence we say to ourselves every time we do a חלכוף of a letter for a word or vice versa. The value 828 is the
value of the word האותיות and the expression קבוץ הצדיקים, the latter of which is equal to 1827,
which is, of course, 828 according to the laws of גימטריא. It is also
exactly 10 less than the radical ח-ל-ף. That being the case, it will be a simple
enough matter to construct a sentence that will equal the radical ח-ל-ף. For instance:
האות
ה' שוה למלה בבשרך.
The word בבשרך is equal to 1004, or five.
Therefore, the above sentence is equal to 1837, or 838, the value of the
radical ח-ל-ף.

sentence that we say to ourselves as a matter of course when performing חלופים is:

The expression
המלה שוה is equal to 391, which is the גימטריא of the word ישועה. The significance of this will be demonstrated
and elucidated in the book I am presently writing which reveals that the
refutation of Christianty that is to be found in the Dead Sea scrolls and other
Jewish sources properly understood in light of the חלופים.
The expression
שוה למלה is equal to 416, which is the plural form
of many feminine words in Hebrew, including the word אותיות. The word אותיות, then can be
understood to read שוה למלה אות or אות שוה למלה.

worth our while to examine the form אשוה itself,
without the ו' חִבּוּר. The word אשוה will shed light on our current discussion, that of the radical ש-ו-ה, as well as serve as an introduction to my work demonstrating
the true meanings of concepts in Christianity, which I am now writing.

the word חדשה, as in ברית
חדשה,
which is the word חדש plus the letter ה', thus totalling 317, is equal to the rhetorical interrogative האשוה. The very word חדשה bespeaks the fact that there can be none who is equal to the
God of Yisra'el.

mentioning that the name משה is spelled מושה in many cites in the

The word שויון is usually translated as 'equality'. The word שויון is equal to 1022, or 23.
The value 23 is that of the words:

We will consider the concept השויון, written
with a ה' ידיעה because the value 1027 or
28 is a central one to this elucidation.
The value 28 is that of the word כח. In addition to the meaning 'strength' or 'power', כח also means 'potential'. During the Middle
Ages Jewish philsophers considered the subject להוציא מהכח אל הפֹעל. Please note that the word מהכח is an anagram/perfect permuation* of the
word כחמה, anagram/imperfect permutation* of the word החכם and a חלוף and anagram/imperfect permuation of the
word החיים.
(*By
perfect permutation the author intends a result of the performance of a חלוף or חלופים that is an anagram the value of which is exactly
equal to the original letter, word, expression, sentence etc. that the חלוף or חלופים was/were performed on. If the חלוף or חלופים was/were performed on letters, words, phrases,
etc., that are not themselves nor do they contain any letters that have a סופית form, the anagram will always be a
perfect permutation. If however, we
perform a חלוף or חלופים on letters that do have a סופית form, or on words, phrases etc.,
that contain a letter or letters that have a סופית form, and thus the value of the letter or letters may change if
it/they is/are placed at the end of a word (and sometimes elsewhere in a word,
as we find in the hapax legomenon
the word לםרבה, which begins
Chapter 9, Verse 6 of the Book of ישעיהו, and is found quite often in the Dead Sea
scrolls), the resulting anagram will be either a perfect or an imperfect
permutation. An imperfect permutation
is the result of performing a חלוף or חלופים in which a regular letter or
regular letters have become a סופית or סופיות or a סופית or סופיות have become a
regular letter or regular letters after the חלוף or חלופים was/were
performed, and thus the value of the resulting value of the anagram is not that
of the original letter, word, expression, sentence, etc.)
Perhaps some of the חלופים proffered here will help explain why the
matter of הוצאה מהכח אל הפעל was of so much concern to
Jewish philsophers, halakhic experts, mathematicians and grammarians.

Please God we
will elucidate the concepts: resemblance, equivalence and identity in a
separate work. For the meantime, the חלופים offered here
for the concept of equality will serve as a basis to understanding why the חלופים are performed in order to understand alphanumerics.
Hebrew
alphanumerics demonstrates that language, mathematics and holiness are various
aspects, or 'phases' of the one and the same Divine Spirit enlivening us and
issuing from us. At times one of these
aspects may be expressed with greater stress, thus appearing to eclipse the
others, but never is one aspect separated, or abstracted, from the others. Language, mathematics and morality are all
operative concomitantly. There is not "pure math", if pure math means
a language in and of itself that exists independently and independent of any
moral laws. Neither can morality be said
to be relativistic and context specific. Language, we see, is the Divine breath
coming through us. We cannot but speak
holiness. The choice is only whether or not to hear what we ourselves are
saying.
